[pptp-server] Nothing seems to be working

I even went as far as to try the new 1.1.1pre3 build on this machine.
It seems that it just can't negotiate with pppd, or has problems generating
a GRE packet. One thing to note. This machine has the VPN MASQ
patches applied to it.
What can I give to the list that can give you some hints as to why
this isn't working.
The errors that I received on the latest build are below.
