[pptp-server] PPTP Masq patch for 2.4.x?

[Shadur t'Kharn]

I've checked with the PPtP Masquerading patches page, but the
latest patch seems to be for 2.2.15 while I'm using a 2.4.0-test4
kernel by default nowadays. 

The PPTPMasq patch for 2.2.15 breaks on it. Anyone know if and when
a patch for 2.4.x will come out?
