[pptp-server] Issue error 741 when connect to PPTP

Dear all

I have been installed PoPToP on RedHat 7.2.(Kernel 2.4.7-10)
When I connect to pptpd using W2K Client, But issue error message 741 
required encryption not supported(Maybe different real English message).

Could you tell me What is problem is.
