[pptp-server] Conection works, but get Protocol-Reject when trying to send packets

Not having played too much with the rpms, I can't say for sure, but it looks 
like a patch has been missed.  The unsupported-protocol leads me to believe 
this.  I know that after you apply the ppp patch, you must do a make kernel 
and recompile the kernel.  I think that's what is missing.
