[pptp-server] Win2k connecting to pptpd server error 742.

I have ppptpd set up and working fine for connections with no encription.
but when I enable encryption I get the following error in the log on the
server and an
"Error 742:The remote computer does not support the required data encription
type." on the client.

The mppe module is loaded and the client is using 128bit encrypiton. I have
set up the appropriate entries in my options.pptp file and modules.conf
file. I am running the server on RH7.0 with stock kernel.

The MSCHAP-v2 authentication is working as you can see.
