[pptp-server] Shouldn't I be able to see WIndows servers inNe twork Neighborhood?

It should work providing the target Microsoft computer is actually sharing
something (and of course providing your firewall rules aren't breaking it
entirely). If sharing is disabled or not installed on the target it often
gives Windoze error 53, machine not found.
