[pptp-server] Where are the rc4 files?

I read them ,but I couldn't find help. My first problem is where can I find
the rc4 files because I couldn't find a link from the Web site or the docs.
Then I tried to gunzip the patch as described, but it didn't recognize it as a
gzip file.
