[pptp-server] GRE

I'm unclear on what networking options I need to compile with my Linux
2.2.11 kernel to use pptp.  Do I need GRE and IP tunneling?

I'm using ppp-2.3.8 with the appropriate patches.  Here's my log when
trying to connect with a Win95 machine:
