[pptp-server] More help needed. Confused.

I have followed the instructions for compiling/installing/etc.

Everything seems to go okay but when I connect from a client it connects
but if I try to do anything (ping, etc) I get a bunch of unsopported
protocol errors in my log file.

If I turn off encryption then everything works OK.

The log is below.
