[pptp-server] insmod failure

Isn't that what the "make modules SUBDIRS=drivers/net" is supposed to do. I
did it and then a "make modules_install" but it isn't there. 

Is there a log that I can check that will tell me if something went wrong?

Did you successfully apply the pppd patches against the kernel and
recompile/install it? You need to do this for ppp_mppe to be compiled.
