[pptp-server] mppe_comp_reset again

Dooes this use the windows VPN adapter? If so, the maybe PPTP would be a
good fit. It's a VPN client and server that mimics the Winblows VPN. It
supports CHAP and the much more secure CHAP V2 encryption.
