[pptp-server] Can't establish connection

OK, I got my new pppd compiled and all modules load; no errors.  I am
using ppp-2.3.10 with the mppe patch.  Rh 6.0, 2.2.13 kernel.

I have tried both auth and noauth in the options - no difference.

Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

When I try to connect to connect to my ISP, I get this:
