[pptp-server] Got the patched ppp to compile, now what?

Hey everyone, I patched, compiled, and did a "make install" with the
ppp-2.3.8 source.  So, what is the next step I need to complete in order to
allow it to support the encrypted data?  Is there some way to pass the
parameters?
