[pptp-server] Crypted PPTP problems. continued...

A couple of things: Make sure you are using the version of pppd you compiled
with the patch, and if you have ppp support as a module, that you rmmod it
then insmod it, and also insmod the ppp_mppe module

A *gasp* reboot might be the best course of action.

Also, more complete logs would be nice. The log you posted before had only
the pppd output, and only from the start of the errors. We really need the
"whole story" in order to solve problems.
