[pptp-server] VPN over ADSL

there are lots of ways to do it, poptop probably isnt the easiest. I think
there is something called vpnd that was on freshmeat a while back, and there
have been 3 or 4 other solutions i have seen. one used ssh and ppp, others
used different things. pptp will work, but there are better ways.
