[pptp-server] More IP's

Greetings,

I use pptp to implement High Speed Satelitte Internet.
The users have static IP addresses in the range of
   192.168.0.2 to 192.168.255.254

How can i configure this range ?

Another Question:
Is there a patch to identify users using an Oracle DataBase
  or radius or can I call a script to identify users ?
