[pptp-server] Static IP's

Add these lines to your ppp options file:

ipcp-accept-local
ipcp-accept-remote

[personally, I thought that just accept remote would work, but for
some reason accept-local seemed to be the one that worked
properly--man pppd seemed to indicate that accept-remote was what I
was looking for?]
