[pptp-server] Only permit connections with Data Encryption?

Is there a way for PoPToP/PPP to only accept connections from clients that
will agree to use MPPE data encryption (not chapms-v2, I've already got
that working).  This is configurable at the client end but I'd feel much
better about it if I could configure it at the server end.
