[pptp-server] pptp server and Win98 -- *sigh*

I got Win98 working right off the bat yesterday.
I just went to the add/remove prorgrams added the VPN software,
configured the VPN adapter, and whammo it worked.
I am using 128-bit encryption, with MPPE, chapms-v2.
