[pptp-server] 128-Bit MPPE

When I connect the Linux PPTP Client to a Windows NT 4.0 server, I always get
connected with "128-Bit MPPE enabled", but I never get this when connecting to
another Linux server.  Does anyone know how to force either 40-bit or 128-bit
encryption between two Linux servers?  Thanks in advance.
