I don't have the scripts, I've just seen them go by on the list.  There was one
this month (July 2000).  Archives of this list are available of the PoPToP web
site.

Not exactly.  The client and server's IP addresses must not change during the
life-time of the tunnel,  which seems unlikely anyway.
