[pptp-server] Trouble with pptp authorisation

I've configured PoPToP on my Linux RH6.1 box and I'm trying to connect to it
from my WiNNT Workstation SP6.0a PC accross the internet.

When I 'dial' my server's IP address I get the Error 629.

On my Linux server I get:

CTRL: Client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx control Connection started
CTRL: Starting Call (launching pppd, opening GRE)
The remote system is required to authenticate itself but I
couldn't find and secret (password) which would let it use an IP address.
GRE: read(fd=4, buffer=804d7e0,len-8196) from PTY failed: status = -1 error
= Input/output error
CTRL: PTY read or GRE write failed (pty,gre)=(4,5)
CTRL: Client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx connection finished

I do have an entry in my chap-secrets file. I have tried this with and
without specifying a domain. The chap-secrets file has the following:

mydomain//myname * mypasswd *

Any clues as to what I have got wrong?

Thanks

Glenn
