[pptp-server] Win98SE2 PPTP connection problem with Encryption

Just a shot in the dark, but do you need to get the Windows 98 SE patch for
128-bit dialup networking?

I don't even know what the patch is for, but I'd be sure to be running the
latest software before getting to frustrated.
