[pptp-server] select() error

here is the problem though, i have used this same computer to setup various
vpn servers before so i don't think that is an issue. the only thing i can
think i could be is the fact that this client is running off of isdn
therefore i think it might be a pppd problem, but i do not know how to prove
it.

It's not actually a problem it's an error because some Windows versions
don't follow the spec which Microsoft designed and the code prints an error
message when they close the connection in a different way to specified in
the spec.
