[pptp-server] How to configure this>?

My boss wishes to connect to our office from his home.
 He has Win98 with a cable modem at home.  The office
is set up with Squid Proxy on a NT network.  The
office also is on cable modem.  How can PoPtOp help us
achieve our goal?
