[pptp-server] Authenticating but not encrypting or compressing (rh server/w2k c lient)

I don't have any help for you, but on my system I can connect to the Linux
box with Windows 2000 if I turn off encryption, but if I turn it on I get
the error "Remote computer does not support specified encryption".  I must
have forgotten a patch to ppp.  I know I didn't apply the mppe stateless,
that's probably what I need.

Just thinking out loud here.
