[pptp-server] pptp - pppd - portslave

I am working on the same thing at the moment, I have it running stably, and
when I have run it through a few more installs (with things like mppe
encryption etc) I will drop a document on the procedures.

I had to use radius authentication to back out to token authentication for
access to our VPN. This is working sweetly.
