[pptp-server] encrypt password yes, encrypt data no

make sure you have insmodded the mppe module.
if you dont want to do it in the future, i think you can add the line
alias ppp-compress-18 mppe
to your /etc/conf.modules file
lsmod will show you if the mppe module is loaded. it needs to be for
encryption to work
