[pptp-server] pptp client

Note: I have tried auth/noauth in the options file, and various methods
of setting up the chap-secrets file / starting it. If someone has a
working version of these, or would care to explain, it would be great!
Thanks. Oh, and this is on a Redhat 6.1 box, Kernel 2.2.12-20.
