[pptp-server] Which tty

How can you control when someone connects which option file 
they will be using.

For example if I gave access to someone outside our organization, 
I would want their IP address to be something specific so that I 
have some degree of control over what services they can use.

What would I have to do to accomplish that?

I know that I can set options in a option.ttyXX file but how do I know 
or control which tty they connect from?  Maybe I just don't 
understand the process well enough.
