[pptp-server] No "/proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward" in kernel 2. 0.0

I do have the /proc directory, and I even have a /proc/sys/net/ipv4
directory.  However, there is no ip_forward file in it.  I tried to create
it as root, but I get a permission denied error.

You did not compile your kernel with the /proc file support.

You need to look at your config options and recompile.
