[pptp-server] winNT pptp is default connection(OT)

I'm just too lazy at the moment ;-)

I've been knee deep in linux firewall code and routing for about 4 weeks
- and I reeeealy did not want to start on NT routing as well.  I was
hoping for an easy solution <big grin>.

I'll play with NT routing soon.
