[pptp-server] Howto from vanja at relaygroup.com

This normally means that your WINDOWS VPN client software is incorrectly
installed.

Delete ALL of your networking components including C:\WINDOWS\PROTOCOL.INI
and then re-install.

After doing this, re-install VPN using Add/Remove Programs/Windows...

And try again.
