The Samba password file patch is available on the PoPTop web site (or a link
from their anyway).  The LDAP-enabled pppd is a modification to pppd that I
created and no "patch" is avaiable as I can't figure out how to make one.  I
tried a few times with diff but couldn't really get it to work, and I haven't
been back to it yet.  If some diff expert want's to lend me a hand....
