[pptp-server] Using the CMAK

That seemed to work for me.  Has anyone had success with this 
without the Connection Manager Administration Kit?  You can find 
the CMAK in the Internet Explorer Administration Kit.  The file 
name is cmak.exe.  We use Technet here and get it off of the 
client utilities disk.
