[pptp-server] NAT & Tunnel

Hi, In my test bed I have a Nat router between a private LAN and Internet. I desire to have a tunnel PPTP client
    on a private machine and a PPTP server on the same border machine which has NAPT functionality too.
    I desire to know if I can have an access towards Internet through NAPT or if I want through PPTP server. Tunnel works
    well if I have NAT down ( ipchains -F) but I desire to have the two possibilities simultaneous working.
    Is it possible???
