[pptp-server] Whence the patches

	Applying patches is a time-wasting pain the butt.  And that's when
you get everything to work together :)  

	If you need different development branches, CVS solved that
problem years ago.


	Does anyone know why the MPPE patch has not been integrated into
the PPP source tree?

	(On a similar note: does anyone know why the OpenWall patches have
not been put into the Linux source tree as a compile-time option?)
