Hmm. That's a good question and one which I am sadly underqualified to
answer. Sorry to say I know little-to-nothing about the actual type of
encryption used or how processor-intensive it is. So, I'll leave it to the
gurus on the list to answer this one: How much processing power does it
take to properly encrypt and decrypt 1 packet which is being transferred
across a VPN?

Then, take that number, multiply by 10,000 and if it sounds like you can
handle that, you'll probably be able to handle your real world situation
well. Heh. I suppose a better question for the gurus would be 'How many
CPU seconds would it take to encrypt/decrypt 10,000 more-or-less standard
sized packets?'
