[pptp-server] Error with select() ?...

Indeed, although I've specified address ranges in pptpd.conf, PoPToP was not
causing pppd to allocate the addr's. When I specify an addr in the win9x
config, it works just fine.

It needs a little tweaking, but is functional.

So, Kevin, thanks! Where do I send the $20 for pizza and beer?  :)
