[pptp-server] Logfile Errors - openpty()

Hi, 

I'm running pptpd on a FreeBSD 3.1 box, soon to be 3.4, and am getting
messages like the following :

Mar 24 14:41:49 DSCUSGW0 pptpd[12788]: CTRL: openpty() error
Mar 24 14:42:04 DSCUSGW0 pptpd[12797]: CTRL: openpty() error

In the syslog, any idea's??  it seem that users are having problems
connecting when this message appears.
