[pptp-server] A patch to strip the Microsoft Domain from the username

Hi All,

I have put another patch on my website http://www.smop.de which
adds the option "chapms-strip-domain" to pppd. When this option
is given to pppd, it strips MSDOMAIN\\... part from the begining
of the username when using MSCHAP authentication.
