[pptp-server] mppe under FBSD

Eugene,

I'm using mppe with ppp on RedHat 6.1. And I know I'm getting encryption
because the MS client is set to require it.

I followed the RedHat howto
http://www.moretonbay.com/vpn/releases/PoPToP-RedHat-HOWTO.txt.
