[pptp-server] Authenication from a WinNT Domain

Jeff,

I have been trying to get there for a while. There is a solution but it is
not complete. Put a RADIUS server on WinNT, add a RADIUS patch to pppd and
point pppd to authenticate with the WinNT RADIUS server. The pppd RADIUS
patch I found only allows PAP authentication.

John.
