[pptp-server] Fixed problem Re: ppp-2.3.10.patch - hunk failures

I downloaded the patch:

 ppp-2.3.10-openssl-norc4-mppe.patch.gz

using IE5 ( on Win 98 ) and it patches ok without any Hunk Failures.

It may be a bug with NetScape 4.72 ( on Win 98) because  the file size of
ppp-2.3.10-openssl-norc4-mppe.patch.gz  is 193 k  vs. 187k  for IE5 ???
....  (always seems to be 6 k larger ? )
