[pptp-server] Win9x 128-bit encryption

Does anyone have Win9x(any flavor) connecting to PPTP at 128-bit
encryption?  If so, what version of Win9x and how did you do it?

I've been reading the archive of this list and have found several
threads that say you can and some that say you can't.
