Hi Doyle Glaze,
yes you create a options file, you can look at
http://www.moretonbay.com/vpn/releases/PoPToP-RedHat-HOWTO.txt to see what
it should contain :
lock
debug
auth
+chap
proxyarp
I didn't use proxyarp, and I don't really know what it affects.
the other question you should also see in the how to about authentication.
