[pptp-server] Where has the 128-bit DUN Update gone?

I have been hunting all over the M$ web site and can't find the 128-bit DUN
update (except for the one for Win 98 se).

It used to be at

http://support.microsoft.com/support/ntserver/128Eula.asp

but there is nothing there now. Can anyone point to an instance of the patch
for Windows 98?
