[pptp-server] PPTP VPN box outside of the Firewall

Interesting idea.  Could be fun to play around with freeswan.  I suppose
I would only need 1 interface in the machine if it has a static
routeable address, and both the firewall and vpn boxes were talking via
ipsec.
