[pptp-server] tcp wrappers, 128 bit encription

1. Does anyone have a patch so that pptpd works with tcp_wrappers that they can
share. I have patched it myself and it appears to be  working but I want to
check that my patch is correct (my C is very rusty).


2. Where can I get the 128 bit encription upgrade for win98 I have tried
everywhere on Micro$ofts sit but have had no luck the Explorer upgrade upgrades
explorers encription to 128 but not pptp.
