[pptp-server] 1.0 > 1.0.1

What is the simplest way to upgrade 1.0 to 1.0.1? OR just go through the 
install/make procedure again.

I ask because I installed it on a box with ppp.10 and patches...

I do get that EOF loop and believe that upgrading will eliminate that (?).
